Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Not create multiple accounts

Account Security

You are responsible for securing your account with a strong password and safeguarding against unauthorized access. PayHero Agencies will not be liable for any losses incurred due to compromised account credentials.

Your Responsibilities

As a PayHero Agencies user, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and ethically
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any suspicious activity
• Keep your personal information up-to-date
• Not impersonate other users or provide false information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Profile Information

You grant PayHero Agencies permission to use your profile information for verification and fraud prevention purposes. We will never share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Fraudulent Activities

• Using fake or stolen identification documents
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate earnings
• Using bots or automation tools to complete tasks
• Claiming credits for tasks not completed
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment fraud
• Using VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions

Task Manipulation

• Not completing survey tasks honestly
• Providing false information for data collection
• Clicking ads without genuine interest
• Using fake social media accounts for tasks
• Bulk-completing tasks without genuine participation

Account Abuse

• Hacking or attempting to breach platform security
• Reverse-engineering the platform
• Scraping content or data
• Sending spam or abusive messages
• Engaging in harassment or bullying

Legal Violations

• Using the platform for money laundering
• Funding illegal activities
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or harmful content
• Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction

💰5. Earning and Payment Terms

Task Availability

PayHero Agencies does not guarantee task availability or any specific earning amount. Task availability depends on various factors including advertiser demand, your profile quality, location, and demographics. Earnings vary based on:

• Your activity level and consistency
• Task availability in your region
• Quality and accuracy of task completion
• Your profile information and demographics
• Platform supply and demand

Activation Fee

A one-time activation fee of KES 100 is required to unlock all tasks on the platform. This fee is non-refundable and is charged only once per account. This fee covers account setup, verification, and platform access.

Payment Processing

All earnings are credited to your account immediately upon task completion and verification. However, payments are subject to:

• Verification of task completion
• Quality assurance checks
• Fraud detection systems
• Account compliance review

Minimum Payout Threshold

You may only withdraw when your account balance reaches the minimum threshold of KES 50. Earnings below this amount cannot be withdrawn.

Supported Withdrawal Methods

PayHero Agencies supports the following withdrawal methods for users in Kenya and supported African countries:

• M-Pesa: Instant transfers (0% fee)
• Bank Transfer: 1-2 business hours (KES 100 fee)
• Airtel Money: Instant transfers (0% fee)
• Other Methods: As announced on the platform

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• M-Pesa/Airtel Money: Instant or within 5 minutes
• Bank Transfers: 1-2 business hours
• Weekend/Holiday delays may occur

Withdrawal Limitations

PayHero Agencies reserves the right to:

• Limit daily/monthly withdrawal amounts
• Suspend withdrawals for fraud investigation
• Require additional verification for large withdrawals
• Place temporary holds on suspicious transactions

Failed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect account details or bank issues, the amount will be refunded to your PayHero Agencies account within 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email of the failed transaction.

Platform Content

All content, features, and functionality of the PayHero Agencies platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of PayHero Agencies or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

User-Generated Content

By submitting any content to PayHero Agencies (including profile information, comments, or feedback), you grant PayHero Agencies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for platform improvement and operations.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reproduce or distribute platform content without permission
• Use the platform's branding or logo without authorization
• Create derivative works from platform content
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the platform

Disclaimer

PayHero Agencies provides the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayHero Agencies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Reputational harm
• Any damages arising from service interruption

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PayHero Agencies in the past 12 months, or KES 5,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayHero Agencies and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the platform

PayHero Agencies reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our legal defense.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with PayHero Agencies, you agree to follow this process:

1. Contact Support: Email us at support@payheroagencies.com with detailed information about your dispute
2. Investigation Period: We will investigate your claim within 7-14 business days
3. Resolution Offer: We will provide a written response with our findings and proposed resolution
4. Negotiation: If you disagree, we will attempt to negotiate a mutually acceptable solution
5. Escalation: If unresolved, you may escalate to our complaints committee
6. Legal Action: As a final recourse, either party may pursue legal remedies

Arbitration Clause

For disputes involving amounts less than KES 100,000, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. This helps resolve disputes faster and more cost-effectively.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class or collective action. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against PayHero Agencies.

PayHero Agencies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email and by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.

Notice of Changes

• Major changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance
• Minor clarifications may be updated without notice
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance

Your Rights Upon Modification

If you disagree with any modification to these terms, you have the right to terminate your account. However, your use of the platform after modifications becomes effective indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Termination by User

You may terminate your PayHero Agencies account at any time by submitting a request through the settings page or by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your account will be deactivated
• You will lose access to pending tasks
• Any earned but unwithdraw funds will be held for 30 days
• After 30 days, unclaimed balances may be forfeited

We may terminate your account immediately without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Repeatedly fail quality assurance checks
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other users
• Operate multiple accounts

Effects of Termination

Upon termination by PayHero Agencies for violation of terms:

• Your account will be permanently closed
• All pending earnings may be forfeited
• You will be ineligible to create a new account
• We may report violations to relevant authorities
